Example of Annual Commercial Landscape Maintenance Schedule

  • Fortnightly service visits April to October. Average 14 visits
  • Monthly service visits November to March. Average 5 visits
  • Mowing grass and strimming edges
  • Application of weed killer and/ or hand weeding shrub beds
  • Weed control in car park areas and around buildings
  • Collection of Autumn leaves, litter and small debris
  • Clipping and pruning of shrubs to keep neat and tidy
  • Generally overseeing the whole site to keep a crisp clean appearance
  • Removing all waste, clippings etc from site.
  • Work normally carried out during regular office hours
